September 2, 2014 – IDPH Patient Applications Now Available Online
Patients and caregivers may now submit medical cannabis registry application online through a secure electronic application https://medicalcannabispatients.illinois.gov. Persons whose last name starts with A through L may apply between September 2 and October 31, 2014. Persons whose last name starts with M through Z may apply between November 1 and December 31, 2014. After January 1, 2015, any eligible qualifying patients may submit an application.
Persons unable to use the online application may mail application materials to:

July 15, 2014 – The Joint Committee on Administrative Rules approved the rules for the medical cannabis pilot program from the Departments of Agriculture, Financial and Professional Regulation, Public Health, and Revenue.
