The Illinois Department of Public Health's Division of Epidemiologic Studies is
responsible for developing and managing the Illinois Health and Hazardous
Substances Registry.

Cancer Registry
ISCR is the only population based source for cancer incidence information in Illinois.
Birth Defects
Surveillance
The Adverse Pregnancy Outcomes Reporting System (APORS) is a registry of Illinois infants born with congenital anomalies (birth defects) and other serious neonatal conditions.
Census of Fatal
Occupational Injuries (CFOI)/Occupational Safety and Health Survey (OSH)
CFOI counts all fatal work injuries in Illinois, providing information on how
the injury occurred and on certain characteristics of the fatally injured
person. OSH surveys non-fatal injuries and illnesses in Illinois.
Environmental Public Health Tracking (EPHT)
The EPHT project provides ongoing surveillance of environmental hazards, exposures to environmental hazards, and human health effects potentially related to these exposures.
Occupational
Diseases Registry
ODR conducts surveillance of selected occupational diseases, injuries and
conditions.
Research
Articles and reports of epidemiologic research related to chronic disease,
illnesses, and occupational mortality and morbidity.
