The following lists new generic drug submissions received by the Department of Public Health for inclusion in the Illinois Formulary for the Drug Product Selection Program (after review by the Technical Advisory Council in compliance with Public Act 91-766), from October 1, 2002 through October 31, 2002. Products will become available for Illinois pharmacists' interchange on the latter of the "61st day" or the FDA approval date, provided a hearing before the Technical Advisory Council has not been scheduled for the specific product.
