Terry Dooling has been a partner in C.J. Schlosser and Company, L.L.C., Certified Public Accountants for 28 years. The firm has offices in Alton, Illinois and St. Charles, Missouri. He is responsible for the firm’s healthcare related practice including supervision and review of accounting, reimbursement and consulting engagements for long-term care facilities, assisted living facilities, hospitals and home health agencies in Illinois and Missouri. Mr. Dooling has coordinated and supervised cost report audits of over fifty long-term care facilities in the state of Illinois on behalf of the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Office of Health Finance.

Mr. Dooling currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Saint Anthony’s Health System in Alton, Illinois. He has been a Director of this organization for over 25 years.

Mr. Dooling received his Bachelor of Science degree from St. Benedict’s College and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Mr. Dooling is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in Illinois and Missouri. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois and Missouri Societies of Certified Public Accountants and the Health Care Financial Management Association.

Mr. Dooling is a Vietnam veteran, having served as an officer in the United States Navy from January 1967 through May 1970.
