Agreements between the state of Illinois, city of Chicago and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services

On March 17, 2006, the Governor, Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Mike Leavitt signed Planning Resolutions detailing Illinois', Chicago's and HHS’ shared and independent responsibilities for pandemic planning.
